A manuscript of 244 pages. Pages 153 to end are watermarked 1810. This is a copy made by Harmon to send to relatives in Vermont. Accompanied by a negative photographic copy of the journal. Published as "Sixteen years in the Indian country," William Kaye Lamb, ed, Macmillan, 1957. Also published as "A journal of voyages and travels," revised and edited by Daniel Haskel 1820. Together with the original engraver's plates of portrait and map used in the published editions and prints made from these plates by the UI Print Studio in October 1959.
